Roy Epstein, Principal
Prior to joining PCG, Mr. Epstein was an investment banker specializing in corporate finance for institutional entities.    He has successfully raised billions of dollars of debt and equity capital for global Fortune 500 companies. His experience also extends to securitizing financial assets for public and private corporations. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in real estate and corporate finance.  He has been a Managing Director at Intercontinental Pacific Group and affiliates, and before that a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase.  Prior to his career in investment banking, Mr. Epstein was an attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, in New York, where he spent a significant amount of his time working on real estate transactions for Real Estate Investment Trusts and pension funds, and was involved in some of the very first “UPREIT” offerings in the marketplace. Mr. Epstein began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company in 1985 and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a member of NAREIT, the National Association of Real Estate Investments Trusts.
Mr. Epstein received his undergraduate business degree from Boston University School of Management in 1985, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He graduated from Columbia Law School in 1990 as a Stone Scholar.
Eric Sullivan, Principal
Prior to PCG, Mr. Sullivan was an investment banker working with a variety of entrepreneurial enterprises. His specialty is leveraged buyouts of undervalued companies and assets. With Intercontinental Pacific Group, Mr. Sullivan managed approximately $10 billion in acquisitions, including target companies with substantial real property assets. In addition, as one of the founders of the Integrated Acquisition private equity fund, he completed sizeable transactions in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, technology, media, finance, leasing, energy and industrial companies. With Quantum Technology and the InvestTec companies, he formed several venture capital funds that provided early stage venture financing to a number of successful technology companies. His multi-disciplined approach, and extensive background with leveraged buyouts, provides him a unique perspective and an ability to complete transactions that are complex and sizeable. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors of several technology companies. He is also a part-time Professor of Capital Markets and Corporate Finance in the MBA program at Mills College. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Urban Land Institute. 
Mr. Sullivan received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1988. He received his undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley in 1984, where he graduated from the Business School, with highest honors.
Charles Swanson, Principal
During his career in real estate, Mr. Swanson has closed in excess of $3 billion in real estate transactions. In 1996, Mr. Swanson formed PCG Companies, a real estate investment and development firm based in San Francisco, California. Prior to forming PCG Companies, he was Senior Vice President of acquisitions and a founding shareholder of TriNet Corporate Realty Trust, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange REIT. Sold to iStar Financial for $1.5 billion, TriNet acquired and managed office, industrial, and retail properties net leased to major corporations nationwide. Its portfolio consisted primarily of properties classified as strategic facilities for the operations of its tenants, such as corporate headquarter buildings and critical distribution facilities. Mr. Swanson was also Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Holman/Shidler Corporate Capital, an affiliate of The Shidler Group.  Prior to joining The Shidler Group, Mr. Swanson also worked in the international brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield’s financial services group.  He is a member of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).  Mr. Swanson started his career as a Certified Public Accountant and held the position of Senior Tax Consultant at Price Waterhouse. 
Mr. Swanson’s undergraduate studies were performed at Emory University and Florida State University, from which he received a BA in Accounting in 1982. He received his MBA from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley in 1988.
Howard Teig, Principal
Previously, Mr. Teig was Chief Financial Officer at Intercontinental Pacific Group and affiliates, and owned and operated his own accounting firm. Prior to 1988, Mr. Teig was a senior manager with the international accounting firm of BDO Seidman, LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and NAREIT, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Mr. Teig obtained his undergraduate degree in 1973 from the University of Connecticut and a masters degree in taxation in 1981 from the C.W. Post Center of Long Island University.
George Theofel, Principal
Prior to his career in the real estate industry, Mr. Theofel worked as an investment banker in the mergers and acquisitions area. Also, Mr. Theofel was a partner with the San Francisco law firm of Jackson, Tufts, Cole & Black, where he had a diversified practice, with an emphasis on financing, mergers, and taxation. 
Mr. Theofel holds a BBA (Accounting) from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from St. John’s School of Law and a LLM (Tax) from New York University School of Law.
Douglas Wolf, Principal
Prior to joining PCG, Mr. Wolf founded Intercontinental Pacific Group, a merchant bank that advised or invested in more than $20 billion of leased assets, including real estate, and undervalued companies. Many acquisitions were in the form of joint venture relationships with institutional partners such as Sun America and GATX Capital. Prior to forming Intercontinental Pacific Group, Mr. Wolf was the President of Intercontinental Leasing Associates, an advisory company that specialized in structuring large leasing transactions for its institutional clients. He is the founder and owner of Wolf Family Vineyard in Napa Valley in St. Helena, California. Mr Wolf has been recognized as Builder of Berkeley, for UC Berkeley, is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). 
Mr. Wolf received his undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley in 1967 and received his law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law in 1970.
